Pixel Watch 5 Hits $399.99 as Electronics Prices Drop

The fall shopping season has arrived with aggressive pricing on consumer electronics, with retailers clearing inventory before the holiday rush. Prices on flagship hardware from Google, Samsung, and LG have fallen to levels not seen in recent months, creating a window for buyers to upgrade devices at a lower cost.

The Pixel Watch 5 leads the discount wave. Amazon lists the 41mm LTE model in Satin Pyrite at $399.99. This figure represents the lowest recorded price for that specific configuration. It is also $20 cheaper than the price during the recent fall Prime Day sale. Best Buy offers the Polished Silver version in open-box condition for $150 off the list price.

Foldable smartphones are seeing their steepest cuts. Best Buy sells the Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold in Obsidian, 256GB, for $1,480.99. This open-box unit in excellent condition is nearly $420 below the standard price. Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 8 lineup is also discounted at Best Buy, with the Graphite model dropping by over $400 and the 512GB version falling by up to $580.

Large screen televisions are also under pressure. The LG 55-inch OLED evo AI C6 4K Smart TV is available on Amazon for $999.99. This price is $1,000 lower than its launch cost earlier this year. The timing coincides with the upcoming releases of Grand Theft Auto VI and the remake of Zelda Ocarina of Time. Larger 65-inch and 77-inch models include perks like free controllers or prepaid cards.

Tablet and smart home gear are included in the price drop. The Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2, featuring a 12.1-inch display and nine speakers, is down to $256.49 with a promo code. That is a 36% reduction from its regular $400 price. Amazon lists the new Ring 2K smart doorbells at $44.99, a drop of up to 55% from list prices. The Ring Peephole Cam 2K is also discounted to $60.

Streaming and computing hardware round out the deals. The Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K is back at its all-time low of $29.99, half of its $60 list price. The device offers a direct power option that allows it to run from a TV's USB port. Best Buy sells the Lenovo Chromebook Plus 2-in-1 for $379, which is 40% off. Anker charging accessories are also discounted, with the Prime 25W 3-in-1 charger at $99.73 and the Nano 10-in-1 hub at $79.99.
