TechCrunch is selling discounted tickets for its Founder Summit 2026, scheduled for November 4 at SoWa Power Station in Boston. The event organizer currently offers a 25 percent price reduction for a limited period. It also provides a buy-one-get-one deal that allows attendees to bring a colleague at no additional cost. This financial incentive accompanies a program that includes live pitching, main stage sessions, and smaller group discussions.

Organizers have scheduled six roundtables for the day. These sessions invite participants to present specific questions and company challenges. Attendees will work through these issues with experts and other founders. The topics range from enterprise sales and vertical strategy to artificial intelligence and lean team management.

Alexandra Ames, founder and chief event strategist at Blueprint Lab, leads the first session at 10:45 a.m. She will discuss how early-stage companies can approach events strategically before hiring a full-time events team. The discussion will cover selecting opportunities, defining success, and stretching limited resources.

Two sessions run simultaneously at 11:30 a.m. Chirag Shah, a partner at Define Ventures, will address the challenges of entering regulated industries or markets with complex buyers. At the same time, Shishir Tewari, head of enterprise data engineering at Procore Technologies, will explain how knowledge graphs and GraphRAG can improve the reliability of AI systems in real-world organizations.

The afternoon program begins at 1:15 p.m. with Merve Kitapci, managing partner and CGO of ADIN.AI. She will examine how founders can secure major enterprise customers early. Her session focuses on the long buying cycles and multiple stakeholders involved in closing deals with prominent brands like L'Oreal and Vodafone before a Series A. At 1:55 p.m., Andy Tang, a partner at Draper Associates, will lead a conversation for founders whose products do not fit an established category. He will discuss how to explain these products to investors and how to sell them.

Linden Tibbets, CEO and founder of IFTTT, will host the final roundtable at 2:35 p.m. He will explore how smaller teams can use AI to increase speed and output without adding headcount. The session will address hiring, efficiency, and the structure of an AI-enabled company.

The roundtables form part of a larger program. Main stage sessions will cover product-market fit, hiring, founder leadership, and fundraising. Toast co-founder Steve Fredette is among the leaders slated to share perspectives. Founders will also participate in a live competition called "So You Think You Can Pitch?" Networking opportunities will include a Lounge with Braindate and a closing reception presented by Fidelity Private Shares.
